Job Title: Client Operations Manager
Location: Gurugram
Note: Hybrid (3 days to office)
We are looking for an experienced Client Operations & Support Manager to manage client relationships, handle escalations, and drive operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Own client support requests and manage escalations end-to-end
- Ensure timely resolution, proper routing, and compliance for all cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client queries efficiently
- Monitor workflows and drive accurate, timely closures
- Share operational metrics, reports, and performance insights
- Communicate clearly with clients and support reviews/meetings
- Track commitments and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements
- Maintain documentation and support operational best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience, including 6+ years in client support, operations, or financial/insurance domain
- Strong experience in managing client requests and escalations
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
