Job details:
We're looking for a Client Operations Executive who will be the on-ground point of contact for our clients, handling documentation, coordination with government departments, and day-to-day operational workflows. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate official paperwork with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.
- Handle preparation, review, and submission of government and statutory documents — including affidavits, applications, regulatory filings, NOCs, and correspondence with government bodies.
- Coordinate with relevant government offices (municipal, state, and central) on behalf of clients to track applications, follow up on approvals, and resolve queries.
- Maintain organised records of client documentation, deadlines, and approval statuses.
- Build, maintain, and analyse data in Excel — including trackers, dashboards, reconciliations, and reports for internal and client review.
- Translate, draft, and proofread documents and communication across English, Hindi, and Marathi as required.
- Flag risks, escalations, and blockers proactively to the internal team.
- Support client meetings with documentation, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Languages: Full professional fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi — spoken and written. Comfortable drafting formal correspondence in all three.
- Documentation: Hands-on experience working with Indian government/official documents — formats, terminology, submission processes, and follow-up procedures.
- Excel proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Excel — formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS), pivot tables, data cleaning, and building structured trackers.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently at client sites and travelling within Maharashtra as needed.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in client servicing, government liaison, compliance, or operations roles.
- Familiarity with Maharashtra government departments and processes (e.g., municipal corporations, revenue/labour/electricity departments).
- Exposure to tools like Google Workspace, basic CRM software, or document management systems.
- Two-wheeler / driving licence for local travel.
What You'll Bring
- A calm, professional demeanour when dealing with clients and government officials.
- Ownership — you treat every document and deadline as your own.
- Clear communication, with the ability to summarise complex official paperwork in plain language for clients.
