Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurers to ensure smooth processing of requests and
timely updates
- Manage end-to-end closure of endorsements, including documentation,
coordination, and confirmation
- Connect with client HR teams for information, approvals, or clarifications
when required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain and regularly update the client database and related records
