Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Client Operations Associate to join our on-site team in Mumbai. In this role you will,
• Follow up with insurers to ensure smooth processing of requests and timely updates
• Manage end-to-end closure of endorsements, including documentation, coordination, and confirmation
• Connect with client HR teams for information, approvals, or clarifications when required
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain and regularly update the client database and related records
Qualifications
Should be well-versed with MS Excel
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
