We're hiring: Client Operations Associate at Brick & Brush Studios (Delhi, On-site)
I run a premium web design studio in Delhi. We build websites for brands that care about how they look — not template jobs, not dev-shop work. Real design, real craft.
We're doing 5-8 projects a month, each worth ₹70K-1.5L, and growing fast. But I'm spending half my time on client messages, follow-ups, timelines, and invoices instead of designing.
I need one sharp person to own the client side of this business.
What you'll actually do:
→ Be the first point of contact for every client after a project kicks off → Keep projects on track — chase approvals, collect content, flag delays before they become problems → Write clear, professional messages on WhatsApp and email (not "just checking in" energy — real, useful communication) → Manage our project pipeline in Notion so nothing slips → Coordinate with me on timelines, deliverables, and priorities daily → Eventually: qualify inbound leads and help close new projects
This role grows. Month 1 is learning systems. Month 3 is owning client relationships. Month 6+ is account management with real revenue impact. This is not a dead-end assistant job.
What I'm looking for:
→ Minimum 6 months of experience in any client-facing, coordination, or admin role (agency experience is a plus, not required) → Strong written communication in English and Hindi → Someone who's organised by default, not by force → Comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Calendar → Based in Delhi, available to work on-site from Punjabi Bagh (Mon to Sat, 11 AM to 7 PM)
Compensation:
₹30,000/month base salary
- Performance incentives of ₹10,000-25,000/month based on delivery speed, client satisfaction, communication quality, and pipeline management Incentive structure finalized together after a 30-day onboarding period — the variables are defined, the exact weightage is set based on your strengths.
Realistic earning trajectory: Month 1-2: ₹30K (learning phase) Month 3-6: ₹35-45K Month 6+: ₹50K+ Top performers move into Account Manager roles with project-based commissions.
