Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training and hands-on support to merchant partners to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Your work will directly support the successful launch and ongoing engagement of restaurants on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchant Training:
Deliver comprehensive training sessions to restaurant partners on how to effectively use the merchant dashboard, including order management, menu updates, and promotional tools
Restaurant Launch Facilitation:
Coordinate and execute timely onboarding of new restaurants, including uploading all necessary information onto the app.
Ensure the accurate activation or removal of deals and discounts as per scheduled timelines.
POS Integration & Record Management:
Map restaurant accounts to the correct Point-of-Sale (POS) IDs as per the integration requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding progress and integration status on internal tracking sheets.
Menu Management Support:
Support restaurants with basic menu entry tasks such as updating prices, uploading or correcting images, and editing item descriptions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in client onboarding, training, or customer success roles (preferably in the F&B or tech industry)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and web-based dashboards
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Familiarity with POS systems and menu structures is a plus
