We’re hiring an Onboarding Specialist – Mid-Market
Looking for 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success/Client Servicing. The role involves managing end-to-end client onboarding, coordinating with internal teams, resolving queries/escalations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel are required.
Location: Bangalore, Whitefield
