Key Responsibilities
1. P&L & Pipeline Ownership
- Own the P&L for new brand onboarding, ensuring margin and revenue targets are met.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to consistently onboard 10+ brands per month.
- 2. Proactive Brand Scouting & Lead GenerationIdentify high-potential brands using multiple scouting methods:
- Online Research: Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, industry databases, and news sources.
- Events & Conferences: Attending relevant industry expos, founder meetups, and networking events.
- B2B Partnerships & Referrals: Building relationships with ecosystem partners (consultants, investors, agencies) for warm introductions.
- Market Mapping: Conducting sector-specific analysis to uncover expansion-ready brands in QSR, F&B, Salon, Fashion Retail, EdTech, EV, Kids Play Areas, etc.
3. End-to-End Sales & Onboarding
- Lead the entire sales cycle: from prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, to contract closure and onboarding.
- Develop and execute a structured multi-channel outreach strategy to engage founders and CXOs.
- Ensure seamless handoff to the execution team post-onboarding.
4. Deal Structuring & Closure
- Work with legal and finance teams to structure commercial terms and finalize agreements.
- Drive alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from sales to activation.
5. Growth Strategy & Reporting
- Define and track KPIs related to onboarding velocity, conversion rates, and partner quality.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline health, forecasts, and growth insights.
What You Will Achieve

- Build a predictable and scalable onboarding engine with clear revenue attribution.
- Establish strong relationships with founders and decision-makers across consumer brand segments.
- Directly contribute to the company’s growth and market expansion.
Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution (IITs, IIMs, or equivalent preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, preferably in franchising, retail expansion, or B2B services.
- Proven track record of owning targets, closing deals, and managing P&L.
