About the Role
JobsKart is looking for a target-driven Key Account Executive to build employer relationships and promote our hiring solutions through field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local networks
- Meet business owners/HR teams to understand hiring needs
- Pitch and sell JobsKart’s recruitment solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Share market feedback and maintain visit reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field)
- 0–2 years in field/B2B sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with regular field travel
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Recruitment/HR tech knowledge is a plus
