About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective hiring strategies, build a strong employer brand, and ensure we attract and retain top talent to support organizational growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of roles. - Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. - Build a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, and talent pooling. - Oversee applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment data. - Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events. - Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. - Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors. - Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to leadership. - Stay updated on industry trends, compensation data, and best practices.
