About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across our UAE operations. - Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career events.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compensation data, and best practices.
