Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director with an architectural background to lead and manage large-scale, high-profile projects for our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on time. Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee all phases of project development, from initial concept to completion. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high-quality architectural standards. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely project delivery. Qualifications: • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or related field. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural project management. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. • Extensive experience in large-scale projects within the Middle East, preferably Dubai. • Excellent communication and client-facing skills. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project budgeting, and scheduling.
