About the role

Purpose of the Job:

- This role is that of a unit HR lead who heads the people function for the State.

- Ownership of end to end HR agenda will be a key part of the job holder.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ownership of talent agenda for ~1000 people including learning, performance management etc.

- Being an advisor to the talent acquisition process

- Manpower planning for the state to ensure right resourcing

- People connect and engagement charter lead for the state

- Handling facilities for the state office and zonal office in State

- Retention and Engagement of Key talent

- HR analytics to arrive at meaningful people insights for the state

- Being a coach to the state leadership team on people

- Anchoring talent and performance management for the state

- Grievance handling, consequence management, statutory compliances

- Ensuring a delightful people experience and to become a custodian of culture, diversity and inclusion

Educational Qualifications : MBA-HR
