Client Manager
Position Overview
The Client Manager plays a key role in client success, overseeing the full requisition and consultant lifecycle while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, recruiters, and internal partners within their assigned portfolio.
This role drives effective requirement fulfillment and ensures a high-quality candidate and consultant experience aligned with client expectations. By leveraging data, maintaining program compliance, and partnering cross-functionally, the Client Manager strengthens client relationships, improves operational performance, and identifies opportunities for growth.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Fulfillment Workflow
- Lead intake, qualification, and distribution of new requisitions (with Category Leader).
- Manage requisition statuses, priorities, and ensure client alignment.
- Submit candidates to client and coordinate candidate review/feedback.
- Oversee interview coordination with the client.
- Conduct interview preparation sessions and debriefs with candidates.
- Support offer management as needed.
- Track and report on pipeline health, submittal activity, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Consultant Lifecycle Management
- Oversee consultant onboarding, assignment, extensions, and offboarding.
- Conduct consultant check-ins with Hiring Manager/Program.
- As needed, collaborate with Client Partner on consultant performance & issue resolution.
- Program Performance & Management
- Ensure compliance with program requirements (e.g., fraud candidates, documentation standards, onboarding requirements, etc.).
- Establish & expand influential relationships with the program and/or client.
- Collaborate with Client Partner to share account insights and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in US staffing.
- Experience interfacing with external contacts.
- Ability to manage full-cycle requisition workflows, including intake, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and offer processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiting teams, MSP contacts and/or hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to determine priorities throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality client and candidate experience.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) preferred.
