Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Client Manager role located in Kompally, Hyderabad. The Client Manager will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal project teams. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, understanding and addressing their specific interior design needs, coordinating with design and execution teams, ensuring timely project delivery, facilitating client feedback, and resolving any issues or concerns. The role also involves monitoring project progress to maintain quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- MBA (Sales & Marketing ) With 2-4 Years of work experience in sales in any industry, preferably Interiors.
- Client Conversion Skills: Ability to follow up, meet and close sales from leads provided By the office, as well as from self-generated Leads.
- Client Management Skills: Ability to manage the clients through the consultation, estimation, Design, production and execution Stages
- Communication Skills
- Interpersonal & Social skills: Ability to build connections and grow the client base. Lead generation through referral partners or client references.
- Work Ethic: Self–motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined to work consistently on-site or from the office.
Roles and responsibilities
- Attend the Lead.
- Building business relations with current and potential customers.
- Initiate outbound callings to connect with potential customers.
- Meeting all the targets of cold, active and inactive calls.
- Creating and maintaining the database of prospective clients.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Rough Estimate preparation.
- Collecting the token.
- Combined effort with the designer to send the drawings to the factory.
- Preparing Final Estimate.
- Final Documents Preparation.
- Part payment and final payment collection.
- Obtain client satisfaction reports.
