Role Description
This is in-office role for a Client Management Specialist. We are hiring only freshers package offer is 2.4 LPA. The individual will build and nurture strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and provide strategic solutions to meet client needs.
Day-to-day tasks includes onboarding clients, managing business relationships, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, with the ability to maintain and grow client relationships
- English Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction by understanding client needs and addressing concerns promptly
- Proven ability to collaborate in a remote and cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus
