Role Description The Client Increment Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for supporting client growth and satisfaction across Nissi’s solution portfolio. This position involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs, presenting relevant product offerings, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, tracking client performance metrics, and preparing reports to inform management decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling client queries, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and assisting in financial follow-ups related to invoicing and payment status. The associate will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and technical teams to drive client retention, revenue expansion, and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong client services and sales skills, with the ability to build relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret client data, performance metrics, and market trends.
