Key Account Manager – Enterprise SaaS (5+ Years)
Owning customer relationships is easy. Owning revenue from existing accounts is not.
If you can drive renewals, expand accounts, and be the reason customers stay and grow—this role is for you.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow our enterprise customer base for TouchPoint Visitor & Facility Management Solutions. This is a revenue-owning role, responsible for retention, expansion, and long-term customer value realization.
What You’ll Own
- A portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts (named accounts)
- End-to-end renewals, including commercial discussions and closures
- Expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell across modules (Visitor, Vendor, Work Permit, etc.)
- Driving multi-location / multi-site adoption and scale-up
- Building deep relationships with Admin, Security, IT, Procurement, and Leadership stakeholders
- Acting as the single point of ownership for account outcomes
Revenue & Growth Responsibility
- Own renewal targets and expansion quotas (upsell/cross-sell)
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and account growth
- Identify new use cases and expand product adoption within existing customers
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and contract renewals
Customer Value & Adoption
- Ensure customers derive measurable operational value from the product
- Drive feature adoption, usage growth, and stickiness across locations
- Conduct periodic Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with key stakeholders
- Align product capabilities with customer business goals
Account Ownership & Execution
- Monitor account health, usage metrics, and risk indicators
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
- Own and drive customer escalations to closure (not just follow-ups)
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Implementation teams to deliver outcomes
Forecasting & Governance
- Maintain accurate visibility of renewals, expansion pipeline, and account plans
- Track and report on key metrics including NRR, renewal rates, and account growth
- Ensure disciplined CRM usage and account tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Key Account Management / Enterprise SaaS / Customer Success (revenue-owning roles)
- Proven experience in renewals, upselling, and account growth
- Strong ability to manage multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships
- Experience in handling commercial discussions and contract negotiations
- Ability to drive outcomes with high ownership and accountability
- Strong communication, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
