We’re looking for a
client-facing Account Manager with strong digital marketing understanding who can manage accounts, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Role Overview
As an
Account Manager – Digital Marketing, you will be the
primary point of contact for clients, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed smoothly, timelines are met, KPIs are tracked, and client relationships are strong.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact for assigned digital marketing accounts
- Understand client goals, KPIs, and business objectives
- Coordinate with PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, Web & Growth teams
- Work closely with the Project Manager to track delivery timelines and approvals
- Manage client communication, feedback, and expectation setting
- Ensure campaigns, creatives, and reports are delivered on time
- Monitor account-level performance and flag risks or opportunities
- Support account renewals, upsells, and long-term client retention
- Maintain documentation, trackers, and client reports
Skills & Experience Required
- 3–6 years experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, Social, SEO, Content, Funnels)
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Strong coordination, organisation, and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Notion, CRM systems
- Data-aware mindset and ability to interpret marketing KPIs
