What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in diamond jewellery sales is a must
• Strong sales track record with proven lead conversion skills
• Excellent communication in both English and Hindi
• Proficient in MS Office
• Quick learner who adapts fast to new products and processes
• Smart, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing settings
• Open to travelling for exhibitions and events
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer requirements and suggest the right jewellery pieces accordingly
• Represent KaratKrafter at exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional events
• Follow up consistently on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions on MS Office
• Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Deliver a premium and personalised client experience at every touchpoint
