About the Role
We are looking for a driven Client Experience Executive to join our Operations Team. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence and delivering a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operational activities of the company
* Handle the investor lifecycle: end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC, online account opening, and follow-ups etc.
* Work hands-on with platforms such as wealth management software, BSE Star MF, KFin, and CAMS360 etc.
* Ensure smooth processing of clients' financial and non-financial transactions
* Prepare and track KPIs for internal performance monitoring
Qualifications
* Graduate and above (any discipline)
* Preferred Skills & Qualities
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Basic personal finance knowledge is helpful
* Excellent objection-handling and communication skills
* Ability to contribute meaningfully to team goals
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Word is helpful
* Strong people skills
