We're looking for a **Client Experience Executive** who is passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring every client journey is seamless from onboarding to final delivery.

Position
Client Experience Executive
📍 Location:Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru *(800 m from Cubbon Park Metro Station)*
💼 Work Mode:On-site
🕙 Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days:Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
💰 Salary:₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to onboard new clients through our customized client portal.
- Work closely with the Operations team to confirm photographer and videographer allocations for events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client's journey.
- Resolve client queries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Proactively update clients on project timelines and deliverables.
- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Is proficient in speaking multiple languages (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- Demonstrates exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Can multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Performs well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Is empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
- Enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with **0–2 years of experience** are welcome.
- Prior experience in the **wedding photography, events, hospitality, or client servicing industry** will be an added advantage.
