Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Client Executive. The Client Executive will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account management initiatives. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, managing accounts effectively, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to sales growth by identifying and executing business opportunities.

- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring a high-quality client experience
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-first approach
- Experience with Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Consulting expertise, with an ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the tech or education sectors is a plus
