Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Engagement Manager based in Delhi, India. The Client Engagement Manager will focus on building and fostering relationships with new and existing clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring satisfaction by providing tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include program management, ensuring projects and policies are executed efficiently, and collaborating closely with the consulting and sales teams to address client needs. The role requires regular client interactions to understand and deliver on insurance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client needs and insurance solutions
- Expertise in Program Management and Project Management to oversee client insurance policies effectively
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
