Overview:
We are seeking a B2B / Enterprise Sales professional who loves speaking with HR leaders, founders, and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth while working closely with a dynamic startup team.
This role requires someone who is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and excited about selling innovative HR tech products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement
- Handle inbound client registration on the portal.. (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Run product demos and close deals
- Improve conversion rates across funnel stages
2. Revenue Ownership
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Own the complete sales funnel: lead → demo → closure
- Sell HR solutions like job postings, hiring campaigns, and subscription plans
3. Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and manage inside sales executives (1–5 yrs exp)
- Conduct daily call reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
- Build a high-performance, target-driven culture
4. Process & Strategy
- Build scalable sales playbooks and scripts
- Optimize lead qualification and follow-ups
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and lead quality
5. Metrics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: calls, demos, conversion %, revenue
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting discipline
- Use data to improve team performance (a key expectation in inside sales leadership
