Business Development Manager/ Client Engagement Manager – Clinical Biometrics (7–8 Years)
Role Summary
Business Development professional with 7 plus years of experience selling Clinical Biometrics services to Pharma, Biotech, and CRO clients. Responsible for driving new business and account expansion across Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Data & Analytics services supporting global clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for Clinical Biometrics services
- Sell services including:
- Biostatistics
- Statistical Programming (SDTM, ADaM, TLFs)
- CDISC compliance
- Regulatory submission support (NDA, BLA, MAA)
- RWE / HEOR / Data Analytics (if applicable)
- Manage the full BD lifecycle: prospecting → client discussions → RFP/RFQ → solutioning → pricing → closure
- Lead biometrics-focused proposals in collaboration with Biostatistics and Programming leaders
- Build long-term relationships with Biometrics, Biostatistics, and Data Science decision-makers
- Grow existing accounts through repeat biometrics engagements and long-term partnerships
- Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against revenue targets
Required Experience & Skills
- 7 plus years of BD experience selling Clinical Biometrics services (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical trial biometrics workflows
- Biostatistics & statistical programming delivery models
- Regulatory submission requirements
- Proven experience handling biometrics RFPs, pricing, and negotiations
- Track record of closing biometrics-focused deals
- Experience working with US/EU/global clients
