Role Brief
The Client Engagement Intern will be a pivotal part of our Global CSM team, supporting the management and growth of our international client base. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about social impact and want to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale, cross-border corporate accounts. You will work closely with Global CSMs to ensure that our international clients have a seamless "11/10" experience across different time zones and cultures.
Note: This is an internship with a minimum commitment of
4 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Account Support: Assist Global CSMs in managing a portfolio of international clients, ensuring their volunteering goals are met across multiple geographies.
- Global Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid volunteering events for employees in the US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Cross-Border Liaison: Coordinate with our global network of 50,000+ nonprofits and internal fulfillment teams to ensure localized event delivery.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the creation of "global playbooks" to standardize customer success processes worldwide.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage day-to-day email communications and follow-ups with international HR and CSR leaders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months (Full-time).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (exposure to international communication standards is a plus).
- Adaptability: Comfort working for the global shift timings (2pm to 12am)
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ESG.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
