As a Client Engagement Executive, you will own customer relationships for our Chennai customers — from onboarding to long-term engagement and support.
This is a customer-facing role that combines elements of customer success and sales. You will work closely with customers to drive adoption, build long-term relationships, and ensure a seamless experience on the platform.
You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure customers have a smooth experience. While the technical teams will support the platform implementation, the customer relationship and overall experience will be your responsibility.
This role is suited for someone who is proactive, confident, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle customer issues with ownership and urgency
- Confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and sales teams alike
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Any degree qualification.
