Cloud Pursuit is our UK-based technology partner specialising in managed cloud, hosting, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions. Together, we deliver end-to-end digital and technology solutions to clients across India and the UK.
Our clients span legal, SaaS, HR consulting, education, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, venture capital, jewellery, technology services and other professional services.
About the role
As a client engagement executive, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business, manage their digital presence and ensure projects are executed successfully. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine client engagement, digital marketing, website management and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Client engagement
- Build strong relationships with clients and be their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business, industry, target audience and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable digital initiatives.
- Present ideas, recommendations, reports and updates confidently.
Digital marketing & websites
- Manage WordPress websites, including content updates, SEO, quality checks and ongoing improvements.
- Plan, create, publish and manage LinkedIn and other social media content.
- Develop content ideas and campaign concepts aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Execute SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, website content, analytics and reporting.
- Manage B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and CRM activities.
Technology & AI
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude to improve research, content creation, reporting and productivity.
- Coordinate with design, development and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic issues related to websites, hosting, domains, analytics and marketing platforms.
Project management
- Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Track progress, follow up on action items and maintain high delivery standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Candidates with a technical or engineering background will be preferred.
- Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress or AI tools will be an advantage.
Skills & experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand a client's business and communicate its value proposition effectively.
- Strong LinkedIn and social media marketing experience.
- Good understanding of WordPress, SEO, GA4, GTM and digital marketing.
- Experience with B2B lead generation, outreach, email marketing and CRM tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Tech-savvy, organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Work arrangement
Location: Remote (Work from home)
This is a full-time work-from-home role. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
