📢 InnerAlly – L1 (Client Engagement Associate) | Full-time
Role Overview:
Be the first point of contact for seekers. Understand their concerns, guide them towards the right therapist, and drive session bookings.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with incoming inquiries (WhatsApp/chat/call)
• Understand core concerns & respond with empathy
• Recommend suitable therapist based on need
• Convert inquiries into first session bookings
• Schedule sessions & coordinate with therapists
• Follow up conversions
• Maintain and update CRM regularly
📊 Targets:
• Minimum 1 new booking (R1) per day
• Support ongoing follow-ups & conversions
🕒 Shift Timings:
• Split shift: 12 NOON – 3 PM & 6 PM – 11 PM - 6 days
(Flexibility ± allowed based on flow) (Early riser & Night Owls are fine)
🎓 Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Psychology (final year / completed)
• Strong communication & empathy skills
💰 Compensation:
• ₹8,500 – ₹12,000 per month
