Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager/Business Analyst with a strong background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and technology(Automation and AI) delivery to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful implementation of AI-powered solutions for U.S. healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end RCM knowledge, lead diverse operational and technical teams, and directly manage client relationships while overseeing the delivery of scalable AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of RCM automation projects, from planning to deployment
- Manage and coordinate AI technology solution delivery to U.S.-based healthcare clients
- Act as the central point of contact for both operational and technical discussions
- Translate client business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align development with project goals
- Monitor timelines, KPIs, SLAs, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, training, and go-live readiness activities
- Proactively identify project risks and lead issue resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships end-to-end.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and workflow analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the engineering and AI teams.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of AI agents.
- Identify opportunities to optimize customer operations using AI-driven automation.
- Prepare and present product demos, workflow walkthroughs, and solution recommendations.
- Anticipate client needs proactively and address issues before they escalate.
- Facilitate documentation, reporting, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of delivered solutions.
- Continuously analyze customer feedback to enhance product capabilities and user experience.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience managing RCM operations and technology delivery
• Proven success in delivering tech-enabled or AI-based solutions to healthcare clients
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare billing and compliance ecosystem
• Technical aptitude with ability to work closely with engineering and AI teams
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, technology, or related field
