Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Delivery Associate to manage training program execution and ensure smooth coordination between clients, trainers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of programs while maintaining strong client relationships and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand program requirements and delivery timelines.
- Manage end-to-end execution of training programs including scheduling, trainer coordination, and student onboarding.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, trainers, and internal teams.
- Monitor training sessions and ensure quality delivery as per client expectations.
- Track program progress, attendance, and feedback to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, program updates, and documentation.
- Handle client communication and provide timely updates on program status.
- Resolve operational challenges during program delivery.
- Work closely with the training and operations team to improve delivery efficiency.
