Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Delivery Associate based in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services, collaborating across teams to meet client requirements, and providing solutions to client needs. The role also involves analyzing data to enhance service quality and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and assess performance
- Expertise in Client Services and excellent Communication skills to manage relationships effectively
- Experience in Finance-related tasks and processes
- Sales experience, with the ability to identify and drive business opportunities
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in a client-facing or service delivery role is an advantage
