Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor based in Surat. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding clients through tailored consultations, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions and recommendations. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, maintaining detailed client records, and supporting them with accurate advice pertaining to the company's services in media and entertainment. The ability to build lasting relationships and provide clear communication is essential.
Qualifications
- Client Communication and Consultation Skills: Proficiency in engaging with clients professionally, active listening, and offering tailored guidance.
- Management and Organizational Skills: Strong abilities in managing client records, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Capable of analyzing client needs and recommending viable solutions aligned with company services.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
- Knowledge of Media and Entertainment Industry: Familiarity with TV commercials, documentaries, feature films, and related industry processes is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
