Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Counselor based in Surat. The Client Counselor will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations. The role will involve regular meetings with clients, consulting on projects, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
