Job Title : Influencer Marketing - Client Servicing

*Main Responsibilities:*
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met consistently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- Process Adherence: Meticulous adherence to all defined processes and systems of the company, fostering a culture of being process-driven to maintain consistency, efficiency, and quality.
- Other general tasks in the purview of Client Management & project delivery.
*Requirements:*
- Experience in client servicing or account management roles within exhibitions, events, BTL, or media industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- MBA or other relevant Diploma (Diploma in Architecture is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, presentation skills, and process orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel globally.
