Role Description
The Client Coordinator will manage day-to-day client communication and coordination, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and coordinating project timelines. The role requires consistent follow-ups, resolving any issues, and professionally managing client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a demonstrated commitment to building positive client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and oversee project timelines efficiently.
- Proven ability to focus on enhancing Customer Experience to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Proficiency with relevant office software, including email and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Prior experience in client management or similar roles is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
