We are looking for a Client Coordinator to manage client communication, coordination, and follow-ups across projects. This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and capable of handling multiple clients without confusion or delays. You will act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, video, marketing, operations)
- Collect briefs, requirements, approvals, and feedback from clients
- Share timelines, updates, and deliverables clearly with clients
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain client records, communication logs, and project status reports
- Handle basic issue resolution and escalate when required
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of marketing / creative / digital projects
- Proficiency in email, WhatsApp, and basic office tools
Experience- 1–3 years of experience in client handling, coordination, or account support
- Experience in an agency or service-based company is a plus
Preferred Skills- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
