Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams to execute projects effectively, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that client expectations are met. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining accurate records, addressing client concerns, and supporting the development of long-term client relationships to deliver high-quality service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong client coordination and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in time management and project coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and video production processes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within branding or marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
