Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and presentable professional to be the first point of contact for our architecture, interior design, and turnkey construction consultancy. This role goes beyond telecalling — you will manage client and vendor interactions both over calls and in person at the office, coordinate schedules across teams, and play a key part in shaping how clients perceive the firm from the very first interaction.
The firm handles end-to-end project delivery — from design consultancy and planning to turnkey construction and interiors. If you come from a construction, real estate, architecture, or interior design background, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential clients for architecture, interior design, planning, and turnkey construction services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide clear, informed responses about the firm's consultancy and execution capabilities.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for site visits, design consultations, and project discussions.
Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and sustained engagement.
In-Person Client & Vendor Handling
Serve as the meet-and-greet point at the office for walk-in clients, scheduled visitors, and vendors.
Ensure a professional and welcoming first impression — your presence sets the tone for the firm.
Assist in hosting initial client meetings and ensuring a smooth handoff to the design and project team.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants visiting the office as part of ongoing projects.
Scheduling & Coordination
Own the meeting calendar — schedule, confirm, and coordinate all client, vendor, and internal appointments.
Liaise between clients, the design team, project managers, and external consultants to keep communication seamless.
Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and meeting records.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, client interaction, sales support, or front-desk coordination.
