Job Vacancy – Banking & Documentation Executive We are looking for a smart and confident candidate (Entry Level) to join our organization for handling banking and freight documentation work.
Position: Banking & Documentation Executive
Experience Required: Minimum "6 months experience" in
Banking documentation (Entry Level)
Freight / logistics documentation
Client coordination
Salary: 1,80,000/- pa
Job Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day banking documentation and processes
Preparing and managing freight/shipping documents
Coordinating with banks, clients, and transport/logistics teams
Representing the organization professionally before banks and clients
Maintaining proper records and follow-ups
Qualifications : Skills Required:
Good knowledge of banking procedures and documentation
Knowledge of freight/logistics documentation
Fluent English communication (spoken & written)
Professional personality and good coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling, etc.)
Preferred Candidate:
Smart, responsible, and confident individual
Able to work independently and handle coordination efficiently
Strong customer satisfaction and relationship management skills to provide an excellent client experience.
Effective communication abilities to convey information clearly and professionally.
