This is an office-based role (no field sales or travel involved).
Role Overview
As a Client Consultation Executive, you will speak with prospective pet parents, understand their lifestyle and expectations, and guide them through the process of welcoming a companion animal into their family.
This role involves client consultations, relationship building, and guiding customers through the decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with potential pet parents and understand their requirements.
- Guide clients through the consultation process and help them make informed decisions.
- Handle incoming inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Build trust with clients through clear and honest communication.
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth experience for customers.
What we are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client servicing and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling client conversations in-person and over the phone.
- Positive, confident, and people-oriented personality.
- Genuine interest in animals and pet care.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys interacting with people and wants to develop strong client consultation and relationship-building skills.
