Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing end-to-end client engagement, driving business growth through consultative selling, and contributing to the company’s revenue objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up trackers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in direct sales; real estate experience is must.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored property solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
