We are looking for a Client Calling Executive to engage with new clients, introduce them to SBNRI’s services, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls with new clients to understand their needs and introduce SBNRI.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Share client feedback with product and marketing teams to improve onboarding and product experience.
- Work closely with the Geography Head to support company and revenue metrics.
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year experience in welcome calling, pre-sales, or sales support.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask.
