Melon Studio is looking for a proactive and driven Client Success Operations specialist to support our growing creative and digital teams. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of social media, a knack for content creation, and the ability to bridge the gap between clients and our internal team seamlessly.
You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure client needs are clearly captured, communicated, and executed while also contributing to content planning and script writing that aligns with brand goals.
Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with prior client servicing or content creation experience may be eligible for additional incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal creative team
- Gather, understand, and accurately relay client requirements, feedback, and approvals to the team
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Write clear and engaging scripts for reels, videos, and branded content
- Create and coordinate content ideas aligned with client goals and campaign briefs
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content formats
- Ensure timely follow-ups, smooth communication, and on-time deliverables
- Maintain consistency with each client's brand voice and guidelines across all content
Qualifications
- Basic to strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends
- Ability to clearly understand client needs and communicate them to the creative team
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Interest or experience in content creation, script writing, or social media management
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines efficiently
- Sample scripts, content work, or social media projects are a plus (academic or personal work accepted)
