We’re #Hiring: Project & Execution Associate (Creative Projects)
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to creative chaos.
👉 What you’ll be doing:
- Manage day-to-day execution of multiple projects
- Coordinate with freelancers, designers, and vendors
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth project flow
- Join client meetings, take clear briefs, and translate them into actionable tasks
- Support in basic presentations (PPT) and content structuring
- Ensure quality checks and timely delivery
- Handle follow-ups (clients, team, payments, revisions)
- Support outreach through email pitching, LinkedIn outreach, and client follow-ups
- Assist in building and maintaining new business opportunities
👉 What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience (agency / creative internship / project coordination)
- Strong communication and clarity in conversations
- Ability to understand client requirements and break them into tasks
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint (must)
- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / LinkedIn / Emails
- Familiarity with basic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset (not just execution)
- Interest in events, creative production, or visual storytelling
- Comfort with client interactions and proactive communication
👉 This role is NOT for:
Someone looking for only design work
Someone who needs constant direction for every task
👉 Location: Mumbai (preferred)
👉 Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
