Role Description
The Client Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Client Advisor will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing personalized service, addressing customer concerns, ensuring the quality of service delivery, and representing the company with professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience or knowledge in Insurance processes and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in client-facing roles is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
