Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor – Real Estate role based in Koramangala. The Client Advisor will guide prospective buyers and tenants through the property search process, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable options from budget to premium projects. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations, organizing and attending site visits, explaining project features and financial aspects, and supporting clients through documentation and closure. The role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing questions promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience, and following up to support long-term relationships and referrals. The Client Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, timely updates, and adherence to the zero brokerage service promise.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building trust and long-term engagement.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, conduct property consultations, and provide clear, accurate information.
- Basic understanding of Insurance or willingness to learn, to support clients with related property protection and risk considerations.
- Familiarity with real estate markets, property types, and local areas (Koramangala and surrounding regions) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client interactions simultaneously, and maintain organized records of leads and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (email, CRM systems, messaging platforms) for tracking client interactions and property details.
- Preferred: Prior experience in real estate sales, client advisory, or customer-facing roles; a relevant diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
