Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Client Advisor to join our team at our Ramamurthy Nagar location in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work directly with clients to provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term client relationships and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Service to build meaningful long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
- Knowledge or experience in Insurance-related processes is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
