Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor at our Bengaluru location. The Client Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing client needs effectively. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with insurance-related services, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Basic understanding of Insurance-related processes or a willingness to learn
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail, sales, or a related field
- Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in English and knowledge of local languages is an advantage
