Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor located on Mysore Road, Bengaluru. The Client Advisor will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any service-related concerns. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing supportive and effective communication, and facilitating seamless interactions to uphold the company’s standards for excellent service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction to foster trust and long-term partnerships
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service with the ability to effectively address and resolve inquiries
- Basic understanding of Insurance-related processes will be advantageous
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive relationships
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in local languages is preferred
- Educational qualifications: High school diploma or above; relevant certifications will be a plus
